Counter widget

Creating a counter

1. From the menu, go to Settings > Counters
2. Click the + icon or right-click and choose Add counter to create a new counter.

To remove a counter, choose it from the list and click the bin icon. Alternatively, right-click the desired counter from the list and choose Remove.

Reporting can be enabled with Enable reports, this feature saves the counter values to the database and allows exporting the report.

Counter value can be increased/decreased or set by rules or by external sources. External sources can be various camera and device events, such as counters or temperatures.

Adding the widget

1. Go to Edit Mode.
2. Select Widget > Counter
   
   
3. Choose the desired counter.

A counter widget will appear in the tab which can then be customized by clicking the wrench icon in the lower left corner of the widget. Resize the widget by dragging the arrow icon in the lower right corner.

Export counter report

1. Go to Edit Mode.
2. Click the wrench icon on the lower left corner of the counter.
3. Select Export.
4. Choose the time period from which you want the report.
5. Click Save report.
6. Name the file, choose a save location and click Save.
